With more and more mission of the Olympic Games will beundertaken by university, in the future, the high level sports teams inColleges is a very important part of the competitive sports in China.This thesis is based on the scores made by the college delegation ofShanxi Province in the Ninth National University Sports Meeting..Research on the current situation of the settings and layout of Shanxiprovince university high level sports team projects and discuss how toconstruct a set of appropriate, feasible scheme for setting and layoutof high level athletic teams.The delegation of Shanxi province won2gold medals,5Silvermedals and3copper medals in the Ninth National College StudentsMovement. Among them, the shuttlecock won1gold medals,3silvermedals and2copper medals for Shanxi Province. Taekwondo won1gold medals,2silver medals and1copper medals.
