Through investigation, questionnaire and mathematical statistics and the analysis of the samples, it is found that, with the increasing enrollment of the higher education, the difference in higher education access opportunity of the children in different Strata in China presents its features as "expanses at first, and then reduces". And it has already changed from the quantity difference to the quality difference. In addition, even professional choice has something to do with their family’s social relations. According to the research on the differences of entrance opportunity of higher education in urban and rural areas, their higher education entrance opportunities are getting equal both in quantity and quality. Therefore, the studies of the problem of higher education entrance opportunities equality for different groups have paid more attention to the differences of social class than urban-rural regional differences. According to the research,we can conclude that the strategies of narrowing the difference of higher education entrance opportunity for different groups in Fujian should be:insidely,comprehensively improve the quality of high school education, continue to expand the enrollment of higher education, input more higher educational funds, improve colleges’education quality, and promote the construction of the vocational colleges, which enable more students in vulnerable group to obtain higher education resources of high quality. Outsidely, improve the social security mechanism, and then improve their living standards, which will definitely change the unfavorable condition of the vulnerable group in receiving higher education in the future.
