Professional education combines the theory and the practice which is closely related to the social,economic and daily living. Since the beginning of the21th century, Chinese government has released aseries of policies to promote the development of professional education. In order to further itsdevelopment, it is necessary to strengthen the cooperation of schools and businesses, the grouplization isthe way forward of the school-enterprise cooperation.This thesis is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, the problem of the origin of theresearch, significance, relevant literature and research methods elaborate.The second part of this thesis is the definition of key words,include "professional education,professional Education Group" and "school-enterprise cooperation",and it also combined with Marxisteducation and labor theory expounded the theoretical foundation of the school-enterprise cooperation.The third section discusses several developed countries’ professional education school-enterprisecooperation system, including the German "dual system", the British national qualification certificatesystem, the United States,"lifelong education", Japan "combining production, respectively, theoperating mechanism of the school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education in these countries,financing mechanisms and government enterprises in which status is described.The fourth section analyzes the history of the development of China’s professional education, whichrom the first professional school-Fujian Chuanzheng to the reformation and opening up. Following itanalyzed the current situation and existing problems of China’s professional education school-enterprisecooperation.The fifth part conclude countermeasures and suggestions of three aspects of China’s professionaleducation school-enterprise cooperation. First, the macro-control of the government on professionaleducation. Diversified investment guarantee. Third, the construction of the system of professionaleducation within the Group. At last it summarized the construction professional Education Group culture”.
