Study On Promoting Cooperation Between Enterprises And Higher Vocational Institutions Backed By Vocational Education Group

Since the 1990 s, China’s vocational education should adapt to the high-speed development of social economy and the urgent needs for senior technical talents,which result in industrial structure adjustment;breaking through vocational education development bottlenecks as well as integrating various vocational education resources. trying to,we began to explore how to joint several enterprises, industries and colleges on the basis of “one to one” traditional university-enterprise cooperation,colleges on the basis of vocational education collectivization school-running realize resources sharing. Vocational education group is a mature and advanced state of professional education,which is in line with the development trend of vocational education, and further the development of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,achieving the goal of the combination of teaching and manufacture.This article is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, which put forward the question, is put forward, meanwhile, this part states the core concept “university-enterprise cooperation” and “vocational education group”, the research significance, research status review and train of thought in this paper.The second part expounds the basic theory of vocational education group’s promotion in university-enterprise cooperation from the visual angle of education ecology theory, stakeholder theory, coordination theory and triple helix theory.The third part elaborate the current situation of the cooperation between vocational education group and colleges, at the same time, this part d points out the deficiencies in the cooperation.The fourth part makes account about the construction of rail transportation of Hunan vocational education group.The fifth part proposed countermeasures to promote higher vocational university-enterprise cooperation,which based on vocational education group from five aspects: firstly,playing leading school effect in the vocational education group to construct good professional environment, secondly,stimulating the motive force of the cooperation of university-enterprise to realize he mutual benefit for both the university and the enterprise;thirdly, standardizing the construction of laws and regulations, implement the policy environment for the development of university-enterprise cooperation; Fourthly, improving the construction of organization and mechanism in vocational education group,to promote the institutionalized management of university-enterprise cooperation; last but not the least,establishing a sharing platform of vocational education group resources to promote a win-win development in university-enterprise cooperation.
