Construction of index systemfor PE teachers training, Laid a solid foundation for further study of thestatus of teacher training.2.Structure of Sports Education Institutesteacher training team is basically rational，need to increase the trainingof young teachers; Teaching aids capacity situation of PE teachers is notoptimistic; teachers pay more attention to the training of knowledge andability, ethics training need to be strengthened.3. ethics training shouldcause attaches great importance to training institutions, as a qualifieduniversity teachers, ethics training is a benchmark, knowledge is theprerequisite and basis for, and ability to ensure;PE Teachers’ participationin training have fewer opportunities, training time security generally,single form of training.4.Known teacher management to be improved andenhanced, course management to achieve the effect of general, teachingmanagement more reasonable;Aspect of training assessment and evaluation，more stringent assessment, evaluation objectivity, fully reflect the effectof training.5.The factors of restricting teachers’ participate training,Lack of funds, personal time too little are the most important two factorsto restrict teachers’ participation in training, sports academies leadersshould be given more attention, the family of teachers should be given strongsupport.
