Teachers' Behavior Study Of Educational Equality

The behaviour of teachers on educational equity is the study object of this paper.Though educational equity is becoming hotter and hotter in the area of education,many researchers analysis it from the macroscopic view and few do it from the microscopic view which is done by teachers in the primary school.So I think the behaviour of teachers is a valuable topic in the theory and practice.The method of the Comprehensive sociology is applied in this research and the ideal type of the the teacher’s behaviour is founded and classified into the emotional behaviour and the rational behaviour.The standard to found the ideal type is the meaning and principles of educational equity on the ethics and the method is stress the main elements and ignore the unimportant elements.The behaviour of the teacher is ruled by the ideal type and the the behaviour’s features are concluded:the teacher’s behaviour on the educational equity includes emotion and ration;the teacher’s behaviour is not full of reason;the phenomenon exits widely.On the basis of the features of the teacher’s behaviour on the educational equity,we will analysis the factors which lead the deviations of the behaviour and they are system, circumstance,education and personal,and we will find the mechanism off the process of the behaviour:the system is not complete and the behaviour is appeared when the teacher and the circumstance interacts and it is formed during the equilibrum between the morality and benefit.These measures can be taken to improve the teacher’s behaviour:firstly,we should change the methods and the systems which is used to rule the work of the teacher;secondly,schools should create a healthy culture in the group of teachers;thirdly,normal university should improve the quality of the scheme to train a good teacher.
