This paper discusses the sanda sport’s affect on the adolescent bone mineral density and physical fitness level, and the correlation of both bone mineral density and physical fitness level indicators. Training for the trainers to improve teaching level to provide relevant theoretical basis and data, better promote sanshou training method and training means of improvement. Methods:from July2011to July2012in wuhan of sanda martial arts industry measuring bone mineral density values school teenagers sanda athletes and back strength, grip strength, vertical jump,50m running, the effective test of constitution in reaction time, etc. A total of156people, including126people in the training group, male71, female55people, age between11and18years of age, training years1to6years; Ordinary youth group, a total of30, in addition to the basic physical activity daily rarely participate in sports,16people including boys and girls of14people. For athletes and ordinary group in age, height, body weight, BMI measuring basic forms and grip strength and back strength, vertical jump,50meters, reaction time and other physical fitness level index measurement. Ultrasonic bone density measuring instrument (model:201m/JP SY-200) completed in July2012, bone mineral density measurement to the crowd. Experimental results show that:(1) through the same gender and age of teenagers sanda athletes compared with ordinary adolescents bone density value of the measurement, we is not hard to find, after sanda training of male and female youth at the age of11to18BMD value than ordinary stage11to18years old male and female adolescents are higher bone mineral density values; Between sanda athletes, through the training of different contrast measuring bone mineral density values between male and female sanda athletes, training of long bone density value of sanda athletes athletes is higher than shorter training life.(2) the same gender and age of young men and women sanda athlete reflect physique level of grip strength and back strength, vertical jump,50m running and the reaction time were higher than in ordinary teenagers with gender and age group; Training period short men and women athletes the indicators is better than that of training of athletes (3) phase11to18years old adolescent male and female sanda athletes back strength, grip strength, vertical jump, and50m running numerical and bone mineral density had significant difference (p<0.05) and15-18years of age and bone mineral density has a very significant difference (p<0.01); Phase of ordinary men and women teens aged15to18, grip strength and back force of longitudinal slip value and bone mineral density also have significant difference (p<0.05). Conclusion:1, sanda movement to improve the body’s bone mineral density, improve the body’s bone level. High quality of the bone level can not only effectively increase the sanda athlete’s fighting ability, also can reduce the injury in training and competition.2, according to the characteristics of sanda project, sanda athlete needs to have larger muscle strength, good power and sensitive reaction. For regular monitoring of sanda athlete’s physique level indicators, and provide the basis for more scientific and reasonable arrangement of sanda training.3, the improvement of quality of the human body muscle strength speed can be used as a bone mineral density level decide the influence factors of the reaction of muscle strength indices such as grip strength and back strength, vertical jump of the level of bone mineral density with the increase of muscular strength and assumes the same rule changes.
