Sports can continuously improve human physiological functions and mood of each state and increase the bone strength, peak bone mass, bone strength and bone metabolism metabolism level, and wu shu movement is China several thousand years quintessence, since ancient time have been preserved and passed down, its functions can simply described as "practice within the skin, bones and vitality" practice. About wushu sport than other current research field of literature study, it is relatively little for adolescents, and especially at BMD research. Therefore the purpose of this study is: to explore for adolescents wushu sport, the influence of bone mineral density for the coaches to provide relevant data, and promote the reference on the improvement methods and training methods; Validation wushu project athlete's BMD, than the same age bone strength, gender, race to the general population high; Analyzing different martial art project athletes bone mineral density data changes, understand wushu movement on bone strength, the influence of bone mass, the bone metabolism condition, evaluation exercise for the mass fitness effect, providing reference and help. Methods: participants object the age of 8-18 to subjects, between the bone mineral density and body composition measurements, and carry on the detailed before the questionnaire records. Record contents include: name, sex, age, date of birth, movement in a year of schooling, whether a fracture. Through Exprees ultrasonic BMD analyzer Achilles Lunar of wushu athlete to 125 name bone mineral density measurement, the 73 person of male athletes, women athletes have the rest of 52 person. Experimental results showed that: (1) male and female athlete's bone strength is average (Z) values in different training fixed number of year of the same age and stage are higher than the general population racial same-sex, and has significant difference (P < 0.05). (2) in different training fixed number of year, bone strength index, bone mass in four years - 6 years, men and women players have a significant difference (P < 0.05). (3) in different sports level, level 1 male athletes, level 2 female athletes bone strength index for men and women, secondary bone highest supreme; Both with the level 3 athletes bone strength index, bone mass has significant difference (P < 0.05). (4) in 13 years old - 14 and 15 years old - 16 men between the ages of the athletes bone strength index has been significant difference (P < 0.05). (5) in different martial art project, lian (4) of the male and female athletes spear sword, and bone strength index lowest practice 6 boxing, knife, rod; 7 boxing, spears, swords; 7 taijiquan, the primal chaos sword has significant differences between male athletes (P < 0.05), and practice; (3) sword, taiji, spears, the primal chaos sword female athlete has very significant difference (P < 0.01); Lian (3) swords, taiji, spear, with practice tai-chi sword, boxing, 6) between the female athletes stick projects with significant difference (P < 0.05), male athletes practice (2) the knife, nan quan, stick, south stick; Project and (1) knife, stick, (4) spear with obviously sword project the difference (P < 0.01).Conclusion:(1)training fixed number of year can improve human bone strength, bone mass, fixed number of year is different, promote bone strength, bone mass each are not identical, especially training fixed number of year to achieve between 4 to 6 years, on human bone strength, the biggest influence on the bone.(2)different sports level exercise load strength, to human body bone strength index, bone mass and bone strength is average, which have important influence on the secondary athletes load particularly suitable for the development of NaGuGe stimulate human body.(3)according to different gender differences between physiological structure and various sports style characteristics, different sports stimulation to the men and women of different, improve the body with a quantity of strength is not the same. Research shows that the athletes practice spear sword project bone strength, bone strength index minimum average, while practicing taijiquan, the primal chaos sword is the highest. Practice boxing, knife, stick the highest, spear sword bone minimum.(4)as the growth of the age, wushu movement on human bone stimulation, bone mass rise, bone strength index will affect smaller. Men aged 11 to 16 stage, bone strength is average particularly influencing extent; Women in 11-14 years old age to the skeleton in during the increase of the bone is remarkable.
