By using the method of questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method,literature method, interview method, investigation and analysis of the status of teachersin Changzhi middle schools sports skills, basic conditions, find out the existing problemsof all kinds of sports skill teaching, put forward the countermeasures.The main problems existing in Changzhi city middle school sports skill teaching is thecurrent:(1) lack of junior middle school sports teaching venue, equipment, influence the furtherdevelopment of sports skill teaching skills.(2) the school leader of students’ sports health consciousness is not enough,\"exam-oriented education\",\"improving graduation rates\" generally.(3) teaching class students too much, insufficient number of PE teachers, PE teachers’workload big, brings to the teaching organization,supervision and guidance of the greatinconvenience.(4) part of the PE teachers’ responsibility consciousness, sports skill teaching method andcontent of old, hard to assign students to learn sports skills and\"sheep type\" teachingphenomenon is more serious. Students of interest is low, high frequency, load resistancestrength of sports. Near at the end of each semester exam, sports suspension, divine bytossing COINS phenomenon is serious. All of this with the new lesson mark runs counterto the idea of\"health first\".In view of the existing Changzhi city middle school sports skill teaching problems atpresent, put forward the following suggestions:(1) to strengthen the school leadership attaches great importance to the physicaleducation curriculum, to expand the site, equipment investment, establish a good venue,equipment maintenance and use of the management mechanism.(2) to improve the benefits physical education teachers, improve teachers workenthusiasm and dedication.
