In the normal adult female red cell number range.c) the hematocrit (HCT), group and the experimental hematocrit did not change, and were in the normal range, each training before and after blood press numerical have no obvious difference, descriptions of experiments of nutrition factors on hematocrit changes did not significantly affect.d) serum creatine kinase (CK), compared to the baseline values,2,3weeks after training, creatine kinase values were significantly increased (P<0.01);2,3weeks of training in large quantity, to the athletes stimulation obviously, and3weeks of training, training4,5weeks have very significant decreased (P<0.01), training6weeks were significantly decreased at three weeks, according to the situation of timely feedback to the instructor a reduction in training volume, the creatine kinase values declined to normal levels,(P<0.05).e) blood urea nitrogen (BUN), blood urea in winter, in1.2weeks of training with little change, training3weeks after blood urea compared to the baseline values was significantly elevated (P<0.01); and3weeks of training, training for4weeks significantly reduced (P<0.01), training6week decreased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusionsa) In large amount of exercise training in the beginning stage, hemoglobin will assume the declining trend, but after the training the adjustment and the body of training adaptation, hemoglobin gradually rise.b) changes in hematocrit and red cell count changes is consistent, the changes can be used as evaluation index of endurance athletes, although there are fluctuations, but should be in the normal range.c) athletes’ serum creatine kinase values and blood urea showed decreased, the training week and quiet compared with significant difference.d) athletes during winter training reasonable nutrition, maintain physical function and complete the high quality training is important assure.
