Physical Function Trainingis a new and efficient training mode which is applied to competitive sports training.In recent years,some experts and scholars have cited it in school sports,but few studies have been applied to college sports courses.Therefore,this study envisaged the physical function training in reference to the university sports curriculum,combined with the university tennis project for the development of popular hot,through experimental research on body function training on college students' tennis forehand action learning effect,for the body function training in reference to the university sports curriculum to provide substantial reference.Selection research university public sports compulsory class of ordinary college students as the subjects,for a semester of the experiment teaching,in subjects of physical quality and specialized level and so on various aspects under the condition of no difference,the technology of FMS and forehand test after test,and compared between groups and groups within the data,through the analysis of the statistical methods,the following conclusions:1.There was no significant difference(p>0.05)between the two groups in the evaluation of 7 specified actions of FMS test before the start of the experiment.After 16 weeks of experimental teaching,there was no significant difference in FMS test evaluation before and after the control group(p>0.05).There was a significant difference in FMS test evaluation before and after test in the experimental group(p<0.01).There was a significant difference in FMS test evaluation before and after the experiment between the two groups(p<0.01).The results show that physical function training has a significant effect on physical fitness improvement of college students.2 tennis forehand,contrast group study effect of the evaluation indexes:the control group with significant difference during and after test(p<0.05),the specific performance in shot success ratio difference significant(p<0.05)and hit the ball quality difference significant(p<0.05);In the experimental group,after the test has the extremely significant difference(p<0.01).the specific performance in motion specifications and the pace of mobile significant differences(p<0.05),the quality of shots success rate and the difference was significant(p<0.01);This indicates that physical function training can improve the learning of forehand stroke more quickly.3,before the start of the experiment of tennis forehand level no difference between two groups of cases,the comparison between groups of tennis forehand study effect of the evaluation indexes:after measuring difference between the two groups was significant(p<0.01),the specific performance in action specification significant differences(p<0.05),the pace of mobile,shots success rate and quality difference was significant(p<0.01);This indicates that physical function training can improve the learning of forehand stroke.
