Research purposes: Analyze the changes in amateur tennis players’ tennis skills caused by physical exercise function training;Provide reference for the training of amateur tennis players’ tennis skills.Research Method: This article mainly adopts experimental methods to conduct Functional Action Screening(FMS)on 60 male amateur tennis players in Guangzhou, evaluate and analyze the corresponding action mode scores in the test, and develop a specialized corrective training plan.Establish experimental and control groups, experimental groups. After 12 weeks of physical exercise function training,30 male amateur tennis players were subjected to functional action screening FMS testing and changes in tennis technical indicators. The various indicators were compared with the control group of 30 male amateur tennis players who underwent routine physical exercise training to observe the effects of physical exercise function training.Experimental results:(1)The score of the physical motor function action screening test before training in the experimental group was 14.30 ± 1.32 points, and the score of the physical motor function action screening test after training was18.8 ± 0.89 points.Compared with the pre experiment, there was a significant difference in the changes in squatting, hurdle stepping, shoulder joint flexibility, active straight knee and leg lifting, and trunk stability push ups(p<0.01).The scores of straight lunge and torso rotation stability were improved, with significant differences(p<0.05).(2)Compared with the control group, the scores of squatting, hurdle crossing, shoulder joint flexibility, active straight knee and leg lifting, and trunk stability push ups in the physical motor function screening after the experimental intervention were improved, and the changes were significantly different(p<0.01);The scores of straight lunge and torso rotation stability were improved, with significant differences(p<0.05).(3)The difference between the experimental group and the control group before the experiment was not statistically significant(p>0.05),but after 12 weeks of physical exercise function training, the difference between the two groups was very significant(p<0.01).(4)There was no statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the upper hand serve test after 12 weeks of physical motor function training(p>0.05).Conclusion:(1)After 12 weeks of physical exercise function training, amateur tennis players have significantly improved their skills, with good hit rates and movement improvement effects on forehand and backhand strokes.(2)The increase in serving skills and physical fitness is long-term and sustained.(3)After 12 weeks of physical exercise function training, amateur tennis players’ scores in functional action screening tests increased, and their core control ability, joint flexibility, and muscle strength significantly improved.(4)Physical exercise training may be an important reason for improving the skills of amateur tennis players. When formulating a physical exercise function training plan in this study, the first step is to investigate the reasons for the related movements exhibited during the functional action screening process, such as muscle strength imbalance, joint limitations during exercise, and weak body chains.Targeted adjustments should be made to improve the sensitivity and balance of amateur tennis players’ bodies,At the same time, increase the muscle strength training to obtain stable support for the swing movement, and finally integrate the tennis sports ability training and technology.
