Self-esteem is in the process of socialization of individuals in for the positive comments about self-worth and experience. A large number of studies have shown that at home and abroad, self-esteem has a direct impact on the mental health of the individual. High self-esteem individuals have their own positive emotional experiences and a good self-evaluation, anxiety as a buffering mechanism of protective effect on mental health of the individual.Self-esteem focus on self-assessment. In addition to learning, social values and physical capacities of the self, self-esteem in differentiation of individual high-medium-term to continue, increase the evaluation of new content, such as intimate friendship, and looks attractive, leadership and organizational skills and professional abilities, so high school students about their awareness of a more comprehensive and in-depth. Huang Xiting (1989) by questionnaire method examines the values of adolescent students in China, found in ultimate values, difference, true friendship, dignity and national security are considered the four most important values. This suggests that my young students highly, they are confident and capable of using their hands to build a better home, and invigorating the vision. The other hand, self-esteem also exist between individuals, such as students with poor grades or late maturing boys self-esteem is relatively low, some women more concerned about their appearance or lack of confidence in their abilities. Weiner and other famous psychologists believe that students tend to success or failure is due to factors such as ability, effort, luck, task difficulty, and after further study of the attribution of many theories, such as the locus of control theory, the covariant theory of inference, attribution theory, and so on. This article using independent samples t test and regression analysis study on the self-esteem of middle school students and attributional style has been revealed:junior high school freshmen of good academic record, their self-esteem level significantly higher than students with poor academic achievement, and they prefer an internal attribution. In addition, on the dimension of self-esteem, different grades of junior high school freshmen in the community recognized that while there is a significant difference.
