Self-esteem is in the process of socialization of individuals in for the positive comments about self-worth and experience. A large number of studies have shown that at home and abroad, self-esteem has a direct impact on the mental health of the individual. High self-esteem individuals have their own positive emotional experiences and a good self-evaluation, anxiety as a buffering mechanism of protective effect on mental health of the individual.Self-esteem focus on self-assessment. Therefore, based on this, the paper decided to measure self-esteem of junior middle school students and attributional style, to the real value made to improve the self-esteem of junior middle school students with guidance. First of all, this article uses a questionnaire survey method of the self-esteem of junior middle school students and attributional style has been measured.
