With the deepening of quality education, improve the student body, students self-management concept was put forward. Teachers should help students learn through guided self-management, allowing students to learn in life can form the habit of lifelong learning in the future to adapt to the current rapid growth in the knowledge economy era. However, the current status of junior high school students learn self-management is not optimistic, there is a lot of junior high school students not suited to the psychological phenomenon, accustomed to passive management and passive learning, lack of self-initiative and self-motivation, resulting in low effectiveness of classroom teaching, classroom management issues many other outstanding issues. Therefore, how according to the psychological characteristics of middle school students to carry out proper guidance, training junior high school students self-management awareness and self-management ability is a common first-line junior high school classroom teachers face.Based on the Ordos City Yinjinhuoluo middle school students learn self-management analysis of the status quo on the current students in learning self-management problems are analyzed and the causes of the problems from teachers, parents, students, schools and social five aspects of a detailed analysis, the final characteristics of junior high school students for Yinjinhuoluo made six of countermeasures.
