Learning behavior has been receiving increasing attention from many researchers. But when we analyze the previous researches, many researchers just study it from the view of the students’ behavior, not from the view of psychological point. Students’ psychology, especially their emotions, plays an important role in affecting their learning behavior. Therefore, in our opinion, when we research on the students’ behavior, we cannot overlook the influence brought by emotion and psychology. On this basis, our research starts from the psychological problem. From the perspective of psychological contract of two-way expectation transmission, we carry out the research on the class learning behavior of middle school students. In order to highlight the emotion’s influence on the learning behavior, our research takes a school where emotion is extremely lacking as an example. We analyze their current situation and point out that the most critical reason leading to this phenomenon is the loss of psychological contract and emotion. Based on the above analysis, we propose some measures and strategies to resolve these problems. We hope that our suggestions can be helpful for the learning behavior of middle students.Except the preface and conclusion remarks, the paper is composed of the following sections:In the first section, we categorize the learning behavior and analyze the concept, features, content, dimensions, and the underlying mechanism of psychological contract as well as its advantages over the text contract. In the second section, we discuss the influence of psychological contract on students’ learning behavior. In our opinion, the psychological contract is helpful to carry out the flexible management and manage the emotion between students and teachers. At the same time, it can stimulate their motivation so as to achieve the objective of equal communication. By this way, they can develop the same consensus.Based on the theory of psychological contract, through questionnaire, interview, and the observation in the class, we analyze the expectation from the view of students and teacher, namely the content of psychological contract, the category of learning behavior from six different perspectives:the preparation before the class, listening, interaction, autonomous, achievement, and disciplines. We find out that most of the students don’t develop the habit of pre-class preparation, the students cannot focus on the class, there are no efficient interactions in the class, etc. From the point view of psychological contract, we analyzed the reason of such poor learning behavior with the consideration of both teachers and students. For the teachers, they lack the psychological contract, the inconsistent expectations, etc. The other reasons include the loss of school cultures, and the guidance on the teachers. In the last section, we propose the specific strategies and measurements. In order to optimize their learning behavior, we should follow these rules:equality, different principles, reasonability, the combination of objectives. In addition to that, we introduce the specific strategies from the view of teachers, students, and schools.
