Search Skills In Teaching Chinese Ancient Poems For Secondary School

Ancient poems are great treasures in Chinese literature, to be exact; theyare the most important part of Chinese culture. From ancient China to now,Chinese poem has its unique tradition: they are accurate words, promotionmeanings and incredible writing style, those characters has great influence tothe Chinese people in many ways.In this essay, I will explore the importance of secondary Chinese basedon <New Lesson Standard>, textbooks, and senior high school entranceexamination, college entrance examination. As we can see from <New LessonStandard>, it put much emphasis on old poems. The reasons are as follow:from the ancient poem, we can better improve identify ability, besides this;our creativity also can get improved. As can be seen in the textbooks,different ages, and different poets and different poems styles distributed intodifferent books. From the view of various examinations, the poem is one ofmost important composition. Above all, ancient poem is exceeding importantin Chinese study. However the teaching methods seem to fail, through ourresearch, we can see tat the learning of ancient poems are not efficient. As aresult, we need to think some answers to this question.Loud-speaking method: based on the character of each word in thepoems, this method can be wildly accepted. It is all rooted in the origin ofpoems: music. So when using this method in teaching, the students can feelthe musical beauty, feeling beauty and artistic beauty.Accurate reading method: based on the character of each word in thepoems, this method can be wildly accepted as well. The ancient poetry isquite capable and vigorous, because the poets were keen to select every singleword, so when we have better understanding of each character, that would bequite easy for the readers to digest.Comparison method: this is a kind of method that based on the understanding of each word in the poems; hence, this method can be betteraffected older students.Adapt method: this method adapts to consolidate the students priorknowledge. Through rewrite the poem, the students’ interests in writing mayhighly promote. At the same time, adapt method may has great help to theircreativity.
