The school management of ordinary middle school system as an important part of the school management, when the curriculum reform of national basic education is carrying out all around China, the school management begins to conflict with the reform. As the school management is such an important factor that serves for the success of the reform, changes in school management should be made. Therefore, the research of school management transformation also plays an important role in the curriculum reform.Based on the development of middle school management, the thesis tries to explore the conception of education management in modern middle school in the hope of providing an adoptable scheme to educational administration. Based on these, author believes it is necessary to explore management systemin modern secondary schools.This thesis is divided into six parts, Summarized as follows:The first part is the introduction, including concept definition and significance of research. The second part is to introduce secondary school management system concepts and Related Research, literature, the concept of educational management system combing analysis. The third part of the main questionnaire, interview investigation and analysis of school management system on the No.35Middle School in BaoTou, and based on the information obtained by the investigation of BaoTou management analyzes the status of the ordinary schools. The fourth part is the core of the thesis, this part of the status of the ordinary secondary school in BaoTou, put forward the problems in the general secondary school management and the reasons for analysis. The fifth part of the main difficulties and problems of school management practices, and put forward improved countermeasures and suggestions. The sixth part is a conclusion, which is about the deficiency in result analysis, indicating the direction of work in the next phase.The main innovation of this study are:First, this study is to meet the fundamental requirement of modern social management of the school management. Secondly, reflects the requirements of the educational activities in the modern perspective. Finally, to make up the gap on the secondary education management field in this direction in Bao Tou.
