Stadium is the important material basis for the development of sports enterprise in our country and the main material carrier of sports industry,has been incorporated into the category of government investment.According to the data shows, since the reform and opening, the government invest a lot of money for the construction of large stadium facilities, a sharp rise in the number of makes our country large-scale sports venues, and large stadium investment scale, long capital recovery cycle, are restricted the stadium’s profits accordingly. How to giving full play to the advantages of large sports venues, to achieve the optimal allocation of large sports venues resources and improve the utilization rate of large sports venues and other problems become increasingly serious, large sports venues management also gradually attention by people.This paper uses the data method, questionnaire, investigation method, interview methods, from the Shanghai stadium management present situation and development of the point of view, of the resource allocation of large sports venues in Shanghai, the management benefit,the financial revenue and expenditure, and the existing problems on research and analysis, and for the future development put forward the corresponding countermeasures.This research mainly analyzes the three major sports venues in Shanghai at present several venue management pattern, think the factors restricting the development of our stadium operation and managementand problems mainly include the thought idea, the venue itself nature,capital and talents, institutional barriers, venue in five aspects such as the service quality. The restriction of many factors, makes it hard for our stadium operation and management, only fundamentally solve the problem of venue management process to help large sports venues on the path of industrialization, the profit.
