The working condition of counselors and level of mental health is the key to quality of students. Researches show that the stress and burnout in jobs are the influences to the efficiency of the teachers, office and service industries’staff. There is a certain degree of dependency. But there is no many counselors research to the pressure of work and job burnout, especially the relationship. Therefore, the research to pressure of work and job burnout has its practical significance. The pressure of work is in the work environment, it means personal capacity and external environment for interaction of the state and individual of normal state function then cause the subjective unpleasant feeling of psychological reaction; Work Job burnout it means individual cases in cannot adapt to work smoothly. long-term and high load at all relevant affairs in resulting from the physical. psychological and acts on the state of failure.This research institutions take the universities in Hang Zhou for a sample, the questionnaire survey, university counselors the pressure of work, job burnout the overall situation and the impact of factors have an objective analysis, to explore the pressure of work and burnout influence and their interrelation.
