New Curriculum Reform based on the student’s experience in real life, paying attention to the students’real life, focus on the needs of the development of the students’ whole life. Education cannot leave the life, Moral Education is fostered by dealing with the relationship between ourselves and others, the collective,the state and the society, it based on life and also service to life."Return to the rea,l life world" values turn to the trend of teaching moral course gradually in primary school. Primary school teaching moral course in daily life can correct the traditional teaching methods, such as limits to the classroom, lack of life practical into daily life. It also can make the primary school moral course teaching focusing on life, through the life, advocate education activities return to life, return to the society and return to the real life world. Return to the real life world can also let the classroom teaching life full of vigor, reveal the basic requirement of the life breath. The Primary school teaching moral course in daily life can develop the student’s vision, improve the student’s quality, enhance the student’s sense of responsibility and also promote the student’s humanistic feelings.This article adopt the research method as follows:questionnaire, Interview method and literature analysis. To find out if Moral education lack of the life-based teaching and locate its reason through investigate and analyse the current situation of primary school in Ulanhot City, Hinggan League, Inner Mongolia. Finally I advances some countermeasures for these problems.This paper is divided into four sections:the first chapter of the paper defines the life teaching and lay out the relevant research reviews between domestic and abroad; The second chapter summarize the theoretical basis of the life teaching and expounds the necessarity of life teaching implementation; The third chapter try to find out the problems and its reasons in daily life teaching based on the research of the primary school teaching moral course in daily life in Ulanhot city, Hinggan League, Inner Mongolia.; The fourth chapter propose the solving strategy to primary school moral character life teaching.
