On The Influence Of The Traditional Culture On The Management Of College Students In China And The Relevant Practice

5,000-year Chinese tradition al culture is p rofound, which involves politics,economics, morals, philosophy, ethics, arts and religion, etc. Am ong them, the mostcrucial part is education theory. The cultu re interacts with e ducation. The educationtheory inherits the soul of the culture, and the culture influences education conversely.Traditional education theory and years pl anned-economy produce a special pattern oftalents education and cultivation in China. The good traditional culture, especially theeducation theory handed down by the ancien t educator, influences Chinese peoplefrom generation to generation. This thesis, based on the education theory of thetraditional culture and the practice of college student management, tries to explore themain parts of the reform of college student management.The first part is the introduction of th e traditional education theory, and themodern education theory embodied in it.In the second part, the author reviews the history and current status of themanagement of college students, and the structure and characte ristics of collegestudents, analyzes the system of the m anagement of college students and the featureof the management team, and at last probes into the present methods and experiencesof the m anagement of c ollege students, which provides the scientific foundation forthe future task and reform of the management of college students.In the third part, by analyzing the education theory embodied in the traditional culture,especially the theory of “people first”,“s elf-education first for the teacher”,“individualized quality education”,“m otivation m echanism” and “teach ing bynon-interference”, the author d iscusses the influence of w hich on the education inChina, and on the management of college students in particular.
