| Firstly,this　article　analyzes　the　definition　of　mental　health　and　psychological　pressure　at　the　theoretical　level,and　the　bad　effects　psychological　pressure　brings　about　to　mental　health.Secondly　from　the　angle　of　practice,it　has　asurvey　on　155　primary　school　teachers　in　Kaifaqu　and　Pulandian　through　the　SCL-90　self-evaluation　statistical　tables　of　clinical　symptom,which　turns　out　their　lower　mental　health　standard　than　the　average　national　adults.38.52%　of　them　have　been　diagnosed　suffering　from　certain　mental　illness,including　slight　mental　obstacle　at　a　rate　of　31.85%and　medium　one　at　a　rate　of　6.67%.As　far　as　the　mental　health　condition　is　concerned,thoseliving　in　well-developed　areas,rather　than　undeveloped　ones,are　general　ly　at　a　lower　level.The　main　factors　affecting　one's　mental　health　include　over-load　in　work　,multi-character　in　life　,faIIlily　pr6bleIIls　and　person-to-person　relationship　,students'performance　and　behavior　,exam　assessment　and　demands　for　self-development.In　order　to　reduce　psychoIogical　pressure,one　can　take　measures　like　relaxation　exercises　,　diversion　of　objectives　,moderately　releasing　and　sound　regulation　of　moods.It　is　equally　important　to　build　up　your　self-confidence,adjust　your　cognition,stengthen　to　raise　your　willpower,enliven　your　life　and　regulate　your　living　rhythm. |
