Presently, elementary and middle school students'safety in the school has already received widespread attention of schools, guardians and society. Pertinent data indicates that the number of the students who take part in the physical training obviously increases and sports'time are getting more and more at present, especially after the State Commission of Education implemented"the sunlight sports". In addition, sports are more than limited to PE; they also include more and more participation in the sports clubs and the extracurricular sports. This is beneficial to promoting middle school students'health development and train reserve forces, but simultaneously an anxious problem is produced: students'athletic injuries increase year by year, which will bring the dread to students. What's more, it will take a long time to eliminate the fear. As a result, students'enthusiasm of participation in sports and their study and health are affected. Moreover, it will influence PE teachers'teaching, and even guardians and society's confidence level towards schools'PE and health curriculum.Paying attention to the prevention work of students'athletic injuries is an important component of PE and health curriculum. The PE teaching is the first battlefield of teacher's organization and teaching. It is the primary position where students can learn knowledge and how to prevent injuries. Whether the results are good or not seriously impact students'enthusiasm towards study and students'level of efforts of practice as well as persistence in difficulty.PE teachers are the direct executors of schools'PE teaching activities. They shoulder the important tasks of building up strength and improving teenagers'physical and mental health. Whether PE teachers take potential athletic injuries seriously is one of the most and effective factors which affect teaching. At the same time, PE teachers will play the leading role in PE teaching process. However, in lots of related researches of athletic injuries in PE lessons, many researchers only limited to macroscopic theory, but they lacked concrete and thorough analysis and study of prevention of accidents. Therefore, this research is combined with PE teaching's reality, which conducts the deep research into the Erdao District middle school PE lessons, hoping that discovers the characteristics of the physical education athletic injuries. It provides the new angle of views and the methods for the later sports teaching, and will provide the reference for carrying on the athletic injury prevention for the future. This will be the value of this researchThis research carries on the investigation and the analysis to Changchun Erdao District students'athletic injuries adopting the literature material method, the expert interview method, the questionnaire survey procedure, mathematical method of average and the logical analytic method. The preliminary conclusion is drawn: Prevention is more important than treatment. In order to prevent athletic injuries well, the following should be achieved:1. To establish the idea of safety first and strengthen the education on organizations and discipline of students.2. To arrange for teaching activities and extra-curricular activities reasonably.3. Pay great attention to and completes the warming-up exercise fully.4. To strengthen the joints, ligaments and other easily hurt parts of the training5. To strengthen the protection and self-protection.6. To strengthen the medical surveillance and inspecting equipment7. To standardize the use of sports ground and facilities.
