Entrepreneurship education explores a new subject in practical education, Itmainly cultivate students’ sense of entrepreneurship, unique entrepreneurship quality,entrepreneurship ability and knowledge. Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges andUniversities is the new requirements of education reform and economical development,satisfying the university’s own needs, also the trend of international education. It canbe said which country takes entrepreneurship education seriously, which country willbe able to get a new growth point in economics and stand the top of national strategiesdevelopment in future."Entrepreneurship Education", this concept,was officiallypresented at the "International Conference on Education for the21st Century," held bythe UNESCO in Beijing,the end of November1989.Then it’s seen as the "third of theeducation passport "for future people. Thereafter entrepreneurship educationresearches gradually enter into the vision of our scholars, but the entrepreneurshipeducation in our country is really taken seriously until2002, when the Ministry ofEducation established9trial entrepreneurship education universities, Qinghuauniversities included. In recent years, because of the popularization of higher educationand economical restructuring, the serious employment of college students appeared. Inparticular, the employment ratio of vocational students is even less thanundergraduates and graduates. Year after year the employment rate gets lower andlower, and how to ensure the vocational students’ employment, which accounted formore than half the size of the Higher Education Student employment,is an urgentchallenge in today’s society. How to motivate higher education have theforward-thinking, the ability to adapt to the future? Undoubtedly to developentrepreneurship education improving students’ self-employment is an efficientimplementation. It helps to accelerate economic development, alleviate employmentpressures, achieve social and economical sustainable development. Practically, it hasimportant significance to the reform of vocational education. Compared with foreign countries, we have a later start in entrepreneurshipeducation, currently the research has not been systematic for a vocational college tofollow. The purpose of this paper mainly shares entrepreneurship education strategiesand modules in vocational and technical college by the case of Qingdao Feiyang’sentrepreneurship education, to discuss how to cultivate students’ sense ofentrepreneurship, entrepreneurship spirit, quality and ability. This paper, adoptingdocument retrieval method, survey research, comparative analysis, experiencesummary and other research methods, have a deep study towards the entrepreneurshipeducation in Feiyang, focusing on Feiyang students’ issues about entrepreneurshipeducation, analyzing Feiyang students’ entrepreneurship conditions, identifyingproblems and challenges during their entrepreneurship. Basing on the successfulexperience of foreign countries’ entrepreneurship education, this paper summarizes thestrategies of entrepreneurship education in Feiyang, which must be concluded: firstly,the four main subjects of education to renew ideas, to establish entrepreneurshipeducation as the core concept of modern education; Secondly, to change the educationmanagement, to change the traditional closed management style into modern open ones;thirdly and most important is to build the system of entrepreneurship education both intheory and in practice, including innovations in teaching philosophy, course system,teaching team building, construction of evaluation system, the deepening ofentrepreneurship research and practical pre-course building, etc. This is the efficientand key point to fully develop entrepreneurship education. Finally, launchingentrepreneurship education requires a cooperative environment from government,school, society and enterprises.
