| Nowadays, we are living in a society which is filled with crises. As our country is under the background of social transformation, various social contradictions is increasingly prominent, people’s values are multivariate, fast changes of environment brings in uncertainty and complexity. For recently years, there are so many emergencies occurred in our country, which has s great influence on our society. On the one hand, emergencies have leaded to great loss for our country. On the other hand, although the emergency happens frequently, the new network media develops rapidly. With the communication technology and Internet technology are going hand in hand, the pattern of traditional news spreading is broken. Thus, the network is becoming a platform, with the aid of this platform, more and more real events and all kinds of accompanied sounds together with traditional media reshape the whole ecological environment of media.Get involved in the Netizens’voice and its influence on real society trend is increasingly obvious. Especially after emergencies happened, network show negative public opinion everywhere. This is an unstable factor which affects social harmony. The emergency of network public opinion has become a challenging task.
