Research On Emotional Characteristics And Guiding Countermeasures Of Network Public Opinions On Social Security Events

As a gathering place of human thoughts and cultural views,the Internet is profoundly changing the way of information transmission in human society.It is no longer a tool with a single information transmission function,but an interactive platform gathering netizens’ emotions,attitudes,opinions and opinions as well as mutual communication.In the face of different events on the social network platform,users’ emotions,attitudes and other important information collide and infect each other in this huge public opinion field,which is easy to produce polarization phenomenon.If not handled correctly,the consequences are unimaginable.Social security events occur frequently,and network public opinion plays a very large role in the middle of the bridge,which can not be underestimated.For women travel security social security incidents in recent years invested a great deal of public attention,drops gust driver obscene female passenger travel,passengers being beaten,female passengers aboard drops off social security incidents,such as the killing sparked intense criticism of the whole society,and even led to a series of network cluster behavior to resist.In this article,through selecting representative "the flight attendant who used didi App was murdered by the driver" events as a typical case,the octopus data collector on the sina weibo platform to collect the data about the incident,will eventually get to summary the data cleaning,data,and effective as the data in this paper,we study samples.Secondly,using the keyword analysis,user identity,user regional characteristic analysis,emotional intensity recognition and computing technology,the emotional evolution of network public opinion analysis methods such as network public opinion about social security event emotional characteristics of multi-dimensional study,and it is concluded that: 1)social security incident exposed body and the impact of exposure platform for events subsequent has a huge role,the role of opinion leader should not be ignored,the attitude of the relevant government departments and units involved and adopted measures for events subsequent to has a crucial role;(2)the emotional evolution of network public opinions on social security events has stages,which can be divided into four stages: germination stage,outbreak stage,extinction stage and reflection stage.(3)in the face of different social security incidents,male and female users express different emotional attitudes;(4)for different regions of people,its attitude to the event also exists a huge difference.Finally,based on the above research results,this paper proposes guidance countermeasures for social security events from three aspects: emotional evolution stage,emotional characteristics of users and the communication process of network public opinion.Mainly including:(1)build the network public opinion supervision system;(2)attach importance to the role of opinion leaders;Improve the supervision of Internet industry security;(4)take corresponding public opinion guidance measures for the emotional evolution stage of network public opinion;(5)more targeted guidance should be adopted according to the different gender and geographical location of users.This study provides new methods and ideas for the emotional communication and control of social security incidents,enriches the existing research results,and provides reference Suggestions for relevant government departments and organizations involved in the follow-up guidance of public opinion and the stabilization of public sentiment.
