Social Inclusion Indicators Research On Social Security View Of Retired Rehabilitated Educated Youth

Retired rehabilitated educated youth refers to a special group of educatedpeople who were sent down to rural area from Shanghai and rehabilitate to Shanghai afterretired, With the upcoming boom of retired educated youth rehabilitation, research ofsocial integration issue is becoming major concern of Chinese government. As a group ofmiddle-aged and aged people, the social integration issue of them is the social securityissue substantially. Under current social security system, the progress of social integrationof retired educated youth is impeded in following aspects, including Pension standard,medical insurance level, public service and social welfare etc. In order to carry on researchon social integration problems of Retired rehabilitated educated youth, measurability ofsocial integration progress is required. Therefore, research on the social integration indexbecomes core issue of this topic. So the study of social integration indicators from socialsecurity viewpoint has important theoretical and practical significance.In the aspect of construction of index system, this study draw lessonsfrom the European social integration index, UK Opportunities for all indicatorsconstruction method, design Retired rehabilitated educated youth social integration index;Reference the European migrants integration Policy Index method to measure policyintegration index; Reference domestic research on social integration index to analyzeinfluencing factors of social integration; On the basis of survey data, the calculation of thesocial integration index is calculated, analysis of the various indicators of social integrationdegree as well as the overall social integration degree of indicators; In policy analysis, eachpolicy integration index is measured;Using exploratory factor analysis method, analyzesocial integration impacting factor. Finally, on the basis of empirical analysis, combiningwith the trend of Fragmentation of the social security system, from reforming socialsecurity system, promoting policy integration index, perfecting the necessaries of lifesubsidy policy and necessaries of community health care policies, solve the problem of thelivelihood of the people as a whole, compensation government policy to slow the population flow Angle. As well as to strengthen the construction of the platform ofcommunity integration, give full play to the power of social organizations and other socialsupport, etc. give suggestions to promote the progress of social integration of retiredrehabilitated educated youth in Shanghai.
