The Research On Rural Culture Development Issues Of Changchun Area

China central for ten consecutive years the "SAN nong" problem as the theme of "file" number one in our country, it has become the pronoun of the central committee of the communist party of China attaches great importance to the rural problems. Rural development is a very complicated problem, in order to build a new socialist countryside is a glorious and arduous mission of the party and the state. And is an important step in the construction of socialist new countryside is the development of rural culture. Since China’s reform and opening up, most rural focus on village economic development, leading to a slow development of rural culture. So the development of rural culture conducive to pushing forward the construction of the new socialist countryside is beneficial to accelerate urbanization in rural areas.This thesis is divided into three parts:the first part is about the related concepts of culture and rural culture, and from the domestic and foreign classic Marxist writers writing about culture and rural culture related theory as the theoretical basis of this article. The second part is the center of this paper, the problems of the rural culture construction in Changchun area and summary and analysis the reasons of the problems. The third part mainly discussed according to the problems existing in the rural culture construction in Changchun region, from the reality of rural Changchun region, puts forward countermeasures about the development of the rural culture in Changchun region, and then the rural development in Changchun culture and improve the farmers’ cultural quality of life in Changchun area.
