Research On The Construction Of Rural Legal Culture In Xinzhou District Of Wuhan Under The New Era

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Party clearly defines the new historical orientation of China's development:a new era.The new era is an era of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way and building a strong socialist country in an all-round way.It is an era of struggle for the people of all ethnic groups to achieve common prosperity for all the people and an era of striving to realize the Chinese dream of great national renewal.It is the magnificent era that China has built for the human community.Our Party regards the comprehensive rule of law as an important guarantee for comprehensively deepening reform.Among them,the construction of the rule of law culture is an important content of the comprehensive rule of law.In order to study the strategies of rural rule of law culture under county economy,this paper makes a field study on the construction of rural rule of law in xinzhou district of Wuhan city to find out some strategies of rural rule of law culture construction under the background of new era,and provides a model for promoting the construction of rural rule of law culture under current historical conditions.This article first briefly describes the historical orientation of the new era and the significance of rural rule of law culture construction under the National rural revitalization strategy,and then combs and comments on the current situation of the construction of rule of law culture in foreign countries,domestic rule of law culture,rule of law culture construction,especially in rural China.Finally,we find the direction and significance of this study.Secondly,this article deeply understands the current situation of the construction of the rule of law culture in Xinzhou District,analyzes its existing problems,and deeply analyzes the reasons for the formation of the problem.Xinzhou district committee and district government attach great importance to the construction of the rule of law culture.However,due to the limitations of rural economic conditions,deep-rooted traditional culture,and the lack of legal identity consciousness of farmers,there are still many weak links in the construction of the rule of law culture in Xinzhou district.Finally,on the basis of the above research,this paper proposes a solution to promote the construction of the rule of law culture.Under the leadership of the Party,we must maintain the correct political direction,revitalize the rural economy,do our best with the July 5 General Law,improve public legal services,combine education with combat,and deepen the reform of the judicial system.Continue to carry out grassroots activities such as "law and people's livelihood" to enhance farmers 'sense of identity with the law.However,the construction of the rule of law culture is a complex and arduous task.It takes a long way for farmers to form a firm belief in the rule of law.
