Study On The Construction Of New Rural Culture In The Context Of Rapid Urbanization

Since the reform and opening up, China’s rapid development of city industrializationprocess, which greatly promoted the development of China’s economy and culture of thesociety, development stage in which industry promotes agriculture, urban,township hasentered the overall. Therefore, the new rural cultural construction has been put on theagenda. Urban and rural cultural integration development, increase the amount of ruralcultural service, narrow the development gap between urban and rural culture, promote theconstruction of new socialist countryside, form the integration of urban and rural economicand social development new pattern is a general requirement for the construction of newrural culture and target. In this paper, in the rapid city of perspective, based on the relevanttheory of rural culture construction at home and abroad and the practice process, based onsummarizing our city and the construction of new rural culture of, analysis of the favorablefactor and the restriction factor of city of new rural culture construction. Since then,detailed describes the main contents of the rural culture construction in new period,through the questionnaire, analyze and summarize new rural culture construction andproblems, and puts forward effective solutions. This paper is divided into seven parts.The first chapter is introduction. The paper’s background and significance were fullyelaborate, for research purposes, research methods and research framework aresummarized and finishing, as the research content and the overall development offoundation.The second part is the theory summary. Mainly explains the concept of city, city rate,new rural construction, culture, the construction of new rural culture, discusses therelationship between city and new rural construction and the construction of newcountryside and new countryside culture.The third part is the history of our city and the cultural construction of newcountryside. There are two main parts. One is the city development process including thefirst stage: before the founding of new China, the development of city and the second stage:the development of the city after the founding of new china. Two is the rural culturalconstruction since the rural cultural construction, the historical process of the rural culturalconstruction including revolution, socialist new rural culture construction of China ’sreform and opening up.The fourth part is the rapid city of new rural culture construction factors. This divisionof the favorable factors and constraints for the construction of new rural culture is a city of two parts. Favorable factors include the rapid development of modern science andtechnology, the rapid development of the industrialization of rural culture, rural economy’srapid growth, the national financial investment proportion of increase, city culturecommunication.
