| "Thirteen five" planning period is a decisive stage which will fully built a well-off society.Comprehensive well-off,not only to the material level,but also the spiritual level,not only to the urban residents,but the rural residents can not be less,either.In the process of building a well-off society,cultural construction is always in an important position.In view of the existing problems in the rural society of Ningxia,such as the neglect of cultural life of the peasants,the backwardness of the rural public cultural infrastructure,the misconduct of the peasant social behavior and the lack of knowledge of the peasants’culture,it is necessary to strengthen the ideological and cultural construction of rural peasant groups,give full play ti the guiding role of culture and behavior norms,and provide support for building a well-off society in an all-round way.In this paper,the comprehensive utilization of literature,comparative analysis and date collation method were used to comprehensively understand the current rural public culture in Ningxia.On the basis of clarifying the basic concept of rural public culture construction,this paper explored the problems encountered in the construction of rural public culture in Ningxia,and analyzes the causes of the problems in depth.Combined with the objectives and principles of cultural construction,to put forward feasible countermeasure of Ningxia public cultural construction.The author believes that Ningxia rural public culture construction is a systematic project,the author carries out the construction of rural public culture at many levels and with an all-round way in Ningxia mainly through the national,social and personal aspects,give full play to the role of the nation,society and individuals,combined with Ningxia region unique culture,multi-level,all-round Ningxia rural public culture construction,so that cultural construction is no longer castles in the air,the civilized rural areas really take root,bear a well-off society of brilliant flowers. |
