At present, the country is in a special period with economic transition, society transformation. With the quick development of internet, mobile internet, the internet crisis events related to army happen frequently, which causes new challenges for the police to keep the country’s security and social stability, effects the people’s identification to the Communist Party and the People’s Liberation Army and the construction of harmonious society. For the present status, we lack of researches in the field of public sentiment related to army. When the armyman faced with the events, they usually lack of effective ways and deal with them hasty using lower and rough ways. The press spokesman is also criticism by public. The above situation lead to great negative effectiveness, such as don’t believe the army and causing difficulty to public order management accompanying with backlash rise and the further deterioration of the situation.Using the basic principles and methodology of the science of public management and crisis management, the thesis analyzes the public sentiment related to army. The thesis includes three parts. The first part introduces the basic theory, emphasizing the concepts about public sentiment, internet public sentiment, army related public sentiment, the management of army’s public sentiment, viewpoints of crisis management and attitude change. And then it elaborates the types and characteristics of public sentiment related to army, causes for frequently happening and effectiveness to the army. The second part mainly analyzes the current situation, prominent problems and influencing factors of the management about public sentiment related to army, and then elaborates the necessity of it. The last part mainly uses the analytical model of crisis management to analyze the particular cased, and concludes the management principles about public sentiment related to army, which is promptness, positivity and gentlemanliness. Finally, According to the theories of attitude change, it suggests the construction method about in line with the national conditions of our country’s governance mechanism based on the shortcomings and defects of present public sentiment’s related to army management.
