Secondly, the government should develop related ideological and moral education, and strengthen the legal construction of network supervision. Third, the Internet access rate and effective firewall should be improved, in order to speed up the process of information and network security, reducing the digital divide. In addition, the transformation and inheritance of traditional culture should be aroused the public attention. Optimizing the structure of government leadership and cultivating clean governance culture do well for the thought transformation from official standard to people-centered. It is also important to the healthy development of the network supervision by the correct guidance of network culture.
