Moral Constraints: To Investigate The Process Of Urbanization In Rural Areas Of Moral Way

Since reform and opening, China’s urbanization has been unprecedented development;43.9percent of China’s urbanization rate has been close to the world average. However, with the accelerating process of urbanization, China’s rural areas also facing the agricultural civilization was the crisis of destruction and rural traditional moral anomie. Faced with the phenomenon that every day nearly70villages in the demise of the facts and the rural moral decline, To achieve the stable development in the rural areas, traditional rural civilization must be rooted in the fusion of modern civilization, the establishment of rural and good moral environment. To build a new socialist countryside with a good moral environment, you must answer one question, which is what we really need a new countryside and new farmers what kind of ethical system and values should be used to support the construction of new rural, which is the new rural construction is an urgent need to study. The moral construction of new rural areas have to tap the resources of rural areas inherent in the traditional moral carrier, respect for the village’s own value system and features, can not be a simple alternative to the traditional moral culture of the rural to the value of the city’s moral values. The new rural construction urgently require farmers from traditional to modern changes, the establishment of the new era in favor of rural and stable development of values, ethics. Therefore, we need to find new ways of governance, in addition to the legal means construction in rural areas and improve the quality of the peasants. The author found through research, standards are not laws and regulations to maintain the orderly operation in rural areas, but more due to the rural tradition of ethical and moral constraints at work. Unique, can not replace the value of rural moral constraints on the orderly development of rural farmers, the cultural tradition of effective moral education. Therefore, this study selected an effective way to explore the rural moral education from the perspective of the moral constraints, and on this basis to discuss the meaning and value of farmers and moral education in the process of urbanization, and thus the possibility of self-construction of rural moral and reasonable mechanism to make a tentative answer.The first introduction part of this article described in detail the background and significance of the study, collected through a literature search of urbanization, social transformation period, the problems and challenges faced by the rural moral realities, and elaborated on the basis of the relevant research ideas and methods. Secondly, the first two chapters of this paper through a comparison of Chinese traditional rural ethical culture to explore the cultural traditions of rural unique traditional cultural characteristics and its inherent moral constraints; theoretical description of the moral status of the current process of urbanization in rural and moral the decline of the restraint, point to understand the necessity and importance of rural moral constraint for ethics education in rural areas. Third, this study selected the hometown of the author as a target case, on the one hand is due to a kind of natural sense of familiarity to facilitate the smooth conduct of the research work, on the other hand mainly because the typical atmosphere of the target cases local environment. In addition to the observation and gossip in order to avoid integrate into village life due to the lack of "vision" self-experience "turn a blind eye", I particularly pay attention to the depth of the case, the main way of a semi-structured interviews asked the villagers’life experience, personal fate and family life, interpersonal, moral example, neighborhood disputes very bits of trivia, through these very interesting but also can reflect the lives of the villagers moral ethical status of life trivial and typical cases of thinking farmers potential of moral constraint approach and its inherent moral resources.
