30years of reform and opening up, a large number of rural labor force to go out to work, theygo out to improve the family income, improve the living state of the poor before, to the ruraleconomy brought the vitality, for construction of city have made a contribution. The farmers workinto the city, as the limits of the urban and rural household registration system, they work in urbanareas, the household register but in rural areas, so they have a new call "peasant workers". Theycan’t enjoy the same treatment as the town and city residents in medical treatment, insurance,housing, education, etc, they like a castaway in cities like flow between. A lot of peasant workers’appear, at the same time, some problems appeared with, one problem is the problem of theirchildren. By their own economic conditions and the limits of the household registration system, thechildren of migrant workers have to stay in country to live and study, these left-behind children ofmigrant workers have a new name "rural left-behind children". Because parents are migrant workers,lead to the lack of family education, the rural left-behind children exists some problems, such as,the study, life, safe, moral and so on. In these problems, according to the central People’s Dailyinvestigation, the moral is a prominent problem. The child is the hope of the motherland, the futureof the nation, and the rural left-behind children as part of it, and the stand or fall of their moral notonly directly relates to the rural left-behind children their own health problems, as well as related tothe construction of new countryside and the construction of socialistic harmonious society.Therefore, pay attention to the moral problems of rural left-behind children and to solve theseproblems is very important.Based on professional knowledge of the ideological and political education as the foundation,using a variety of methods to begin to the rural left-behind children moral problems andcountermeasures of research. The first part of this paper is mainly to introduce the background ofthe topic, the significance of the topic and the studies review of this paper, the thinking and methodsof this paper; The second part of the paper is mainly introduced the concept of left-behind childrenand development tendency of left-behind children; The third part is mainly analyzes the existingmoral problems of the rural left-behind children, from rural left-behind children moral cognition,emotion, will, behavior four aspects; The fourth part mainly analyses the harm of the ruralleft-behind children moral problems to the society; The fifth part is mainly from deep and shallow level two angle to analyze the reasons which the rural left-behind children appear the moralproblems; The sixth part is mainly put forward the corresponding countermeasure from a long-termand recent Angle, aiming at the fifth part of the reason, in order to develop rural left-behind childrenmorality and moral sentiment, has the strong moral will and the correct moral behavior.
