Mou Zongsan is proficient in "three religions"and sagacious in Western and Chinese cultures. He has made profound research in logistics, epistemology, philosophy history and political philosophy. At the present stage, the academic circle has made great progress in the study of Neo-Confucianism of Mr Mou, but there is no integrated and systematic study in the field of his political thoughts.On this account, the author focuses on the political thoughts of Mou Zongsan, and centers on his theories of’Zheng tao and governance"、"Conscience hindrance"、"Inner Sageliness develops into new Outer Kingliness" and "Three series in set", and so on.In this way, the author can present the thinking venation of Mou’s Political Philosophy and analyze the inner reasonability. The paper argues that Mou’s Political Philosophy Theory is an important part of his Confucianism Reconstruction. It is also an useful exploring for the cultural transformation of China. But as the defender of Chinese traditional culture, the Political Philosophy thoughts have the characteristics of Confucianism Conservatism. The big distance between the theoretical design of "Conscience hindrance"theory and the Political operation in realistic society is worth thinking over.
