This paper takes Mou Zongsan'lectures of philosophy as the main study subject, and demonstrates his theory from the following three aspects, the significance and path of studying Mou Zongsan'lectures of philosophy, which introduces Mou Zongsan'lectures of philosophy mainly from the disparity between the internal ideas and external exprssion and exposes its status in Mou Zongsan's philosophical system; the study of Mou Zongsan's lectures of philosophy, which is the main part of this paper including the study of The characteristics of Chinese Philosophy,Humanities Seminar lecture,Nineteen classes about Chinese Philosophy,fourteen classes about chinese and westen philosophy and so on, and in futher finishs the work of reviewing the Mou Zongsan's ideas about the inner spirit of the Chinese and Western philosophy and the integration of the Chinese philosophy and modernity; and the significance of Mou Zongsan's lectures of philosophy, which studies its meaning and function in his philosophical system, and explains the purpose, result and academic siginificance of studying his lectures of philosophy.
