Vulnerability And Influence Mechanism Large Site Area People To The System

Since the1990s, the vulnerability has been a important concept in the field of global environment change and sustainable development, at the same time,it has become a new tools to analysis the relationship of human-land system in the geography. With the rapid advance of urbanization, there is a the phenomenon in the large heritage relic area that "the conservation restricts the development, and the development is not helpful to the conservation", which is made the vulnerability of human-land relationship more remarkable. How to deal with the relationship of the protection and the development is becoming the problem demanding prompt solution. This paper take the Han Chang-an large relic as an example, start from the concept of vulnerability and research the vulnerability of human-land relationship in Han Chang-an large relic area.Basing on the questionnaire investigation and the social economy date of Han Chang-an large relic area, this paper analysis the vulnerability of relic and the social life of the resident. Then basing on the concept of vulnerability of human-land relationship of Han Chang-an large relic area, the vulnerability evaluation index system has been built. This paper measure the vulnerability of human-land relationship by use method of Fuzzy AHP, vulnerability function model, and spatial analysis technology of Arc GIS. The vulnerability of the human-land relationship has been spatialization. Finally this paper analysis the influence mechanism of the vulnerability. The result are shown as follows:(1) Spatial distribution rule of relic vulnerability is that:the degree of vulnerability of relic is generally low; the low degree vulnerability area is concentration distribution; the high degree area is scattered in the relic area. The influence factor of this distribution rule are the destiny of the relics, cognitive factors and location factors.(2) Spatial distribution rule of society vulnerability is that:the degree of society vulnerability is generally high; society vulnerability in the northwest area is high, while society vulnerability in the southeast is low; the high degree vulnerability area is concentration distribution. The influence factor of this distribution rule are the policy factors, location factors and traffic factors.(3)In the vulnerability index degree of human-land relationship system of the great relics area, weak degree vulnerability area in the whole area account for27.2%,low degree vulnerability area account for23.8%, moderate degree vulnerability area account for27.9%, high degree vulnerability area account for11.8%, extreme degree vulnerability area account for9.4%. The spatial distribution pattern of the vulnerability shows that:the northwest area is high, while vulnerability in the southeast is low.(4) The impact and the stress of the urbanization is the fundamental cause of vulnerability of human-land relationship system; the externalities coming from government protection policy is the direct cause of vulnerability of human-land relationship system; the resident’ rational choice is internal agent of vulnerability of human-land relationship system.In order to achieve the goal of relic protection and sustainable development, according the above research,this paper put forward the development countermeasure, which is of great significance for the harmonious development of the human-land relationship in the Han Chang-an large relic area.
