Onyang Qi Umbilical Plaster On The Efficacy Of PPH Surgery Sensory Dysfunction Syndrome Observation

Sensory dysfunction syndrome of PPH surgery is a group of the following abdominal stretch pain, proctalgia, anal bulge and dysuria etc. There are a considerable number of such symptoms in patients after PPH surgery, some patients may have only one symptom and some have several symptoms. There is no definite names and clinical diagnosis. Western medicine believes that abdominal stretch pain is caused by dragging Reaction during the operation. Other symptoms such as proctalgia, anal bulge and dysuria may have a relationship with anesthesia, purse-string suture techniques,operative injury, patient hyperpathia etc. However, they still have no awareness and treatment about it. Sensory dysfunction syndrome of PPH surgery is very common in clinical.Recently.it gains more and more attention. Many scholars try to find a Appropriate methods besides surgical treatment from the perspective of Chinese medicine.Objective:To explore the pathogenesis of Sensory dysfunction syndrome of PPH surgery. To observe the clinical effect of wen yang umbilical paste(umbilical compress therapy)on relief Sensory dysfunction syndrome of PPH surgery.Methods:This clinical study was on90patients who met the diagnostic criteria and promised to use of PPH surgery in our hospital in2012-2013. Patients were divided into three groups,group of wen yang umbilical paste(A),group of Dezocine(B).group of control(C). Each group had30patients,in which group, A was given to wen yang umbilical paste for1h before PPH, group B patients was given to intravenous dezocine5mg15min before PPH, group C received routine treatment. Recorded undergoing heart rate, blood pressure changes and indicator of the degree of pain in the dragging reaction among90cases of patients,as well as the score of proctalgia, anal bulge and dysuria in group A and group C on1d,2d,3d after the surgery, The data was used SPSS20.0software to analysis.Results:The group A, group B and group C during the operation:①The heart rate of change:Compared with group C,group A and B were significantly better than group C in the heart rate of change. Compared with group B, group B were significantly better than group A in the heart rate of change.②the MAP rate of change:Compared with group C,there was no significant difference between group A and C in the MAP rate of change. The MAP rate of change in group B was significantly different. Compared with group B, group B were significantly better than group A in the MAP rate of change.③Abdominal stretch pain:Compared with group C, group A and B had a lower score. There were significant differences; Compared with group B, group B were significantly better than group A.The three days after PPH,for group A and group C:after1day and2days, the evaluation indicators of proctalgia, anal bulge and dysuria group A were lower than group C. There were statistically significant. After3days, the evaluation indicators of proctalgia, anal bulge and dysuria group A were also lower than group C. But there was no statistically significant.Overall curative effect:The overall curative effect in group A, is positive and confirmative in Sensory dysfunction syndrome of PPH surgery. From the result,we can see obviously that from30patients,23cases were cured,5cases were effective,2cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was93.3%. In group C,13cases were cured,11cases were effective,6cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was80.0%. But there was no statistically significant.Conclusion:Wen yang umbilical paste can improve blood running and accelerate blood self-recovery in the pelvic, which can also relieve the fall of heart rate and abdominal stretch pain during the operation. It can relieve proctalgia, anal bulge and dysuria. So,wen yang umbilical paste has some effect on the treatment of Sensory dysfunction syndrome of PPH surgery. Thus it has its significance for clinical experiment.
