Under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory, to development an effective and safe anti-hepatoma drugs is a new way, this paper has definite efficacy for anti cancer compound Chinese medicine from the following ways and process.Part I:based on02-13years of anti liver cancer literature summary analysis, using the complex network algorithm to find a scientific and reasonable anti cancer compound compatibility. Results showed that, the commonly used Chinese medicine treatment of liver cancer with heat clearing and detoxifying, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, tonifying drugs, commonly used traditional Chinese medicine Atractylodes, astragalus, Poria mainly, licorice root, Oldenlandia diffusa etc.Part II:according to the laboratory research foundation, verify Shijianchuan efficacy. Useing the H22hepatoma bearing mice model, based on the previous results, comparison the inhibitory effects of Salvia Chinensis and Scutellaria barbata, Hedyotis diffusa willd. Results showed that, the same dose, the tumor inhibition rate of Salvia Chinensisreached45.7%. See that Shijianchuan has strong inhibitory effect on growth in H22hepatoma in mice tumor. On this basis, according to the literature data mining results, we used Radix Astragali, Salvia Chinensis, Ligustrum lucidum, Jiang Huang composed, through orthogonal test, screening and optimization of the compound drug dosage and the ratio of. Results showed that the best ratio formula, the recipe is: Astragalus45g, Salvia Chinensis30g, Ligustrum lucidum20g, Jianghuang20g.Part Ⅲ:control the quality of this compound according to the Pharmacopoeia, then using orthogonal test to optimize the extraction process of this Chinese herbal compound prescription, study on the chemical process shows that the extraction process of Jiang Huang, finally to8times the amount of80%ethanol reflux extraction for1hours, two times of extraction; extraction of Astragalus for the final process; Ligustri Lucidi was65%ethanol4times the amount of reflux extraction for1hours, extracting for two times; the Salvia Chinensis will wear60%ethanol extraction for10times the amount of reflux extraction for3hours, extracting two times. Then verify the effect of this compound after optimized extraction process. The tumor inhibition rate can reach to55%.Part IV: to explore the anti-tumor mechanism of this Chinese herbal compound prescription. Effect of mice survival test results show, middle dose group of the life prolonging rate can reach23.56%, low dose group increased rate of42.79%. Confirmed, after optimized extraction process, our compound can inhibit H22tumor growth in mice and prolong their life.This paper aims to liver cancer, screening out a Traditional Chinese medicine compound which clear effect on H22tumor bearing mice model.
