San Qi Stagnation Type Of Anti-inflammatory Treatment Of Heel Pain Clinical Research Huoxue Qutong Square Fit

Objective:Professor Sun Dawu has been engaged in the Department of orthopedics for more than sixty years,and has formed a set of his own theory.Examined the effects of HUOXUEQUTONGFANG and XIAOYANSAN treatment of calcanodynia,from the basic theory and clinical obserbation of two aspects of a study to examine the possible mechanism.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into2groups,respectively using HUOXUEQUTONGFANG and XIAOYANSAN\local drug injection,then obserbe the VAS and Maryland and the curative effect.Results:1.there were signific differences in VAS and Maryland between the2groups after10days’treatment (P<0.05),the control group wss better.2. there was no signific difference in VAS and Maryland and cutatife between the2groups after one month’s treatment (P>0.05)Conclusion:HUOXUEQUTONGFANG and XIAOYANSAN is as good as. local drug injection in the late effect,but is worse in short-time effect,it has no adverse reactions,is easy to be accepted by patients.The role of the mechanism may be through improving local microcirculation,anti-inflammatory,analgesic and so on in treating calcanodynia.
