Clinical And Experimental Study On The Treatment Of First And Second Degree Internal Hemorrhoids With "Huang Hua Jing Yu" Granule

Object:To investigate the effect and mechanism of Huang Hua Jing Yu Granule(HHJYG) on treating first and second degree internal hemorrhoids.Methods:In the clinical study:patients were randomly divided into two group,30 in the treatment group treated with HHJYQ30 in the control group treated with Hemorrhoids Hemostasis Granule.Comparative analysis was made on the general clinical material,after 14 days (one period of treatment),observing the change of anorectal bleeding, anal pain, tenesmus, hemorrhoidal prolapse, dampness and the repairing of internal hemorrhoids mucosa.In the experiment study:HHJYG was used on rabbit and small mice respectively to observe its acute toxicity and stimulation to skin and mucosa。In the other two group experiments, HHJYG was used by ig small mice to test the effect of alleviating pain and hemostasis.Result:1.Occuring age,grade and course of the disease and other general clinical materials between two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05).The total effective rate of treatment group(90.0%) is superior to the control group(80%),but there is no marked difference between them(P>0.05).2. There is no notable difference between the treatment group and the control group in treating patients belonging to the syndrome of wind imparing intestinal collaterals,but as concerning to the patients belonging to the syndrome of Qi stagnation and stasis, the treatment group is obviously superior to the control group.(P< 0.05).3.Results showed that there were no notable differenced between the two groups in the aspects of treating anorectal bleeding, hemorrhoidal prolapse, dampness and the repairing of internal hemorrhoids mucosa,while in the inspect of treating anal pain and tenesmus,the treatment group is obviously superior to the control group.(P< 0.05).4.Animal experiment show that:HHJYG has the function of hemostasia,killing pain and has no acute acute toxicity and stimulation to skin and mucosa.Conclusion:Applying HHJYG to treat first and second degree internal hemorrhoids belonging to the syndrome of wind imparing intestinal collaterals and Qi stagnation and stasis is highly safe and effective, its mechanism may be related to affect the function of cruor system of the body,impove the circlulationd of anus and relieve the intenal sphincter spasm.
