| Objective:By observing the S-100β, NSE protein and related indicators, to discusses Huo-xue-rong-luo piece of clinical efficacy in patients with ischemic stroke, Blood stasis resistance type, to research the Huo-xue-rong-luo piece of treatment of the acute phase of ischemic stroke will provide a scientific basis for clinical promotion.Methods:Choice in the first affiliated hospital of Hunan medical university neurology hospital patients, the diagnosis of72cases of the acute phase of ischemic stroke patients, aged40to75years old, according to random number table, the patients were randomly divided into treatment group1(the experimental group, the foundation treatment+Huo-xue-rong-luo piece) treatment group2(the control group, the foundation treatment+Xue sai tong piece),36cases each. Before and after the treatment, observe the NIHSS scale, ADL scale and TCM syndrome score,14d to1course of treatment. Before treatment and treatment of3d,7d,14d, NSE, S-100βvenous blood test statistics of the clinical curative effect.Result:(1) After14days, the treatment group in the daily life ability score (p<0.05), Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect (p<0.05), nerve function defect score (p<0.05), S-100β(p<0.05), NSE (p<0.05) compared with control group, the difference is statistically significant. (2) Experimental group and control group after treatment than before treatment were TCM syndrome score lower, daily life ability score increases, neural function defect scale down.(3) This test all cases during the period of clinical observation does not appear obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Huo-xue-rong-luo piece of treatment of ischemic stroke (blood resistance winding type) have obvious clinical curative effect, can improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and promote clinical progress, improve the patients quality of life. |
