2500 Cases Of First Cerebral Infarction Related Influence Factors Concerning Curative Effect Associated With Retrospective Research

Objective:To explore the related factors of influencing the curative effect of cerebral infarction,and analyze the area of infarction,complications,the distribution of TCM syndrome typesof first cerebral infarction.Methods:The medical record of first cerebral infarction patients who was diagnosed in Chinese medicine hospital of Jiangsu province from December 2011 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed,records and statistics medical history,relevant biochemical parameters,neck vascular color doppler ultrasonic results.According to the level of prognosis divide into recovery,notable improvement,improvement,no improvement or even deterioration four groups,analysis of each group data.Statistics the infarctionarea,complications and TCM syndrome type of the group of patients infarcts,.Results:To analysis the gender,history of smoking,drinking,history of hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease history,neck vascular plaque of four groups patients,found that hypertension and neck vascular plaque has statistically significant by statistical analysis of the chi-square test(P<0.05),but gender,history of smoking,drinking,diabetes,coronary heart disease history has no statistical difference(P>0.05).To analysis the age,diastolic and systolic blood pressure,fasting blood sugar,triglyceride,total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and blood uric acid of four groups patients,found that age and systolic blood pressure and fasting blood sugar and total cholesterol and blood uric acid has statistically significant by statistical analysis of the t-test(P<0.05),but diastolic blood pressure and triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol has no statistical difference(P>0.05).Us disorderly logistics analysis to analysis the factor which has statistical difference by single factor analysis and found that age,systolic blood pressure,fasting glucose,neck vascular plaque has statistically significant(P<0.05,OR>1).Conclusion:Patients' age,hypertension,neck vascular plaque,systolic blood pressure,fasting glucose,total cholesterol,blood uric acid is the related factors which is influencing the curative effect of first cerebral infarction.It is independent risk factor that influence the curative effect of first cerebral infarction such as age,systolic blood pressure,fasting plasma glucose and neck vascular plaque.
