Clinical research methods:through studies in30cases of primary hyperuricemia by zhe Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Nephrology outpatient and renal medicine inpatient among November2011to October2013, patients with syndromes of damp and hot accumulate type in TCM, treatment two months, who were observed on uric acid, creatinine and urea nitrogen before and after treatment, while monitoring patient blood, urine, feces, liver enzymes and indicators to ensure medication safety.2. Experimental Methods:60male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, allopurinol group, Huoxue Simiao Decoction low-dose group, Huoxue Simiao Decoction dose group, Huoxue Simiao Decoction large doses group, all group except normal group are fed adenine and ethambutol to establish early renal damage hyperuricemia rat model. Normal group and model group the next day were given by gavage of saline, allopurinol group were given by gavage of allopurinol the next day,the other group were given by gavage of Huoxue Simiao Decoction, six groups were removed after two weeks of blood and kidneys. By colorimetric assay test serum uric acid, creatinine of rats; through HE, Masson staining observe pathological changes in the kidneys and evaluate the renal pathological changes through pathology scoring in each group;test Ang-II, TGF-β1expression by immunohistochemical.3.
