Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture of liver and gall back-shu and from-mu points mainly in treating insomnia. Method:60cases of the insomnia patient in accordance with the inclusive criteria were randomly divided into A.B two groups.and30patients in each group. Acupuncture of the back Shu and front Mu points for Group A as the principal treatment and the routine acupuncture point for Group B.All the patients were treated ltime daily,for10consecutive times,a total of2courses of treatment. Before treatment, after1courses of treatment, after2courses of treatment.each of the patients was evaluated the sleep quality by PSQI,the depression by BDI&the anxiety by STAL, besides,we evaluated the curative effect of the patients after2courses of treatment,and finally conducted the Comparative analysis.Result:1. Comparison of sleep quality score,after1courses of treatment,the scores of both the two groups compared with the scores before the patients receiving the treatment,were decreased,it had significant difference P<0.01), ompared Group A with Group B,the difference of the decreased score had statistical significance(P<0.05);after2courses of treatment,the scores of both the two groups,were decreased,compared with the scores before the patients receiving the treatment and after1courses of treatment,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05),the scores of Group A was more obviously than that of Group B,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).2.Comparsion of the depression scores,after1courses of treatment,t he scores of both the two groups compared with the scores before the patients receiving he treatment,were decreased,had significant difference(P<0.01) compared Group A with Group B,the difference of the decreased score had no statistical significance(P>0.05);after2courses of treatment,the scores of both the two groups,were decreased dramatically,compared with the scores before the patients receiving the treatment and after1courses of treatment,but the scores of Group A was more obviously than that of Group B,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.01)3.Comparsion of the anxiety scroes,after1course of treatment,the scors of both the two groups compared with the scores before the patients receiving the treatment,were decreased,no significant difference (P<0.01), compared Group A with Group B,the difference of the decreased score had no statistical significance(P>0.05),after2courses of treatment,the scores of both the two groups,were decreased dramatically,compared with the scores before the patients receiving the treatment and after1courses of treatment,but the scores of Group A was more obviously than that of Group B,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).4. After the2courses of treatment,15patients of Group A were clinical recovery excellent result in8cases,effective result in4cases,the curative rate was76.7%,and the total effective rate was90.0%;8patients of Group B were clinical recovery,excellenet result in9cases,effective rate in6cases,the curative rate was56.7%,and the total effective rate was76.7%;Comopared the curative rate of the Group A with that of Group B,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05),Compared the overall effect of the Group A with that of Group B,the difference and statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:the clinical curative effect of acupuncture of liver and gall back-shu and from-mu points mainly in treating insomnia is obviously to improve the quality of sleep, it can effectively improve the depression and anxiety state of the patients,more obviously then the effect of the acupuncture of the routine points, and it has great clinical application value.
