Situation Beijing City Medical Center Features Ease, Problems And Solutions

In the context of economic globalization, with the rapid development of ourcountry’s economy, Beijing as the country’s political, economical and cultural center,economic, social and cultural landscape is changing. With the speeding up ofurbanization process, the rapid development of Beijing city, because of its specialstatus as the capital, too much focus are put on function in city center, as a result,thenormal operation and development of city has caused great pressure, which also led toa series of social and economic development problems. Medical function which is animportant function of the broad masses of people’s health, has become an importantpart of function relief. Around the medical function relief in Beijing city center tightly,this paper analyzes the current situation of the medical function relief in Beijing citycenter,and proposes the problems of medical relief in Beijing center city faced byus at present in an in-depth theoretical exploration and uses the experience ofdomestic and international metropolis development. on the upper basis this paperraises a series of countermeasures and policy recommendations for medical functionrelief in Beijing city center.In this paper, in particular, there are three research objectives: the first one is toevaluate the status of medical function relief in Beijing city center；The second oneis to explore the reasons of the lagging of medical function relief in Beijing citycenter；the third one is to put forward policy Suggestions of medical function reliefin Beijing city center. From the need of research, combining the literature researchand investigation research, the commonness analysis and characteristics analysis,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, space research、theoretical research andapplied research, the research trend,、development problem and implementationmechanism, this paper puts forward policy suggestions on the basis of researchthrough the main line. In the research view, this paper mainly has the followingseveral parts:The first part is the introduction part, which points out the research background and research significance of this study. Medical function relief is the important partof function relief in Beijing city center. It puts forward the research goal andresearch content of this study, and make the corresponding research projects. Then itputs forward the research methods and feasibility analysis. Finally, the paper reviewsthe research status both at home and abroad, respectively from the domestic andforeign status and functions of medical function relief in super-large city at presentsituation. From these two aspects the study is carried on the overall background.The second part is about theory discussion, the city space evolution anddevelopment trend of medical function relief are studied. Through the innermotivation, stage of development and space evolution, this part studies on thetheoretical basis of the comprehensive and in-depth research.The third part is the international experience for reference. Take London, Paris,Tokyo and Seoul as an example, studying their respective medical development, andtheir public health service relief experience, to summarize experiences which can beused for reference by us.The fourth part is about the Beijing medical resources. The problems and reasonswe face, includes the analysis of current situation and problems of medical resourcesorganization in Beijing. It makes the Beijing medical resources analysis of the maincauses without significant relief effect mainly on two aspects. It points out that thelack of overall medical resources in Beijing, but the growth rate of health resourceshas been lower than economic growth, moreover the core of medical resource growthis more slowly；The distribution of Beijing medical resources, are mainly distributedin the east and west side and other core area. From the view of regional distribution,the first is the number of distribution of medical institutions, the second one ismedical personnel number distribution, the third one is from the total amount, thefourth one is from the per capita level, the fifth is from medical products quality, thesixth is from matching degree of health resource allocation and size of population. Ingeneral Beijing medical resources have been rendered to the surrounding, but thehigh quality medical resources gathered in the center of the city, which show nosignificant effect of relief. Beijing medical resources for regional and national serviceobject, cause a large core of hospital overwhelmed, which is increasingly prominent. On the basis of the above problems analyzed respectively this paper suppliesseveral reasons:the first one is that insufficient government input is the main reason,which leads medical resources to present the trend of polarization; the second one iswhat social forces to do to medical development is seriously lagged, which causesmedical lack of public service supply significantly. The third one is institutionalreasons: because of history and siphon effect, high quality medical resources aredifficult to relief to the surroundings.The fourth one is demanding reason: because ofthe ideas of the patients and interests mechanism, high quality medical resources arewasted.
