Usually,the personnel of the national public welfare institutions,especially the medical technicians,are relatively stable groups of workers.However,with the continuous deepening of the reform of the medical and health system,the medical market is becoming more and more fierce,and the medical technicians,especially the excellent health talents at the grassroots level,are losing more frequently.With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,the urban population distribution gradually shows the characteristics of "small city bottoming and big city development”.Under the influence of large-scale urban agglomeration,the development of small cities plays the role of population reservoirs.Therefore,the loss of grassroots medical technicians has certain social development premise.This paper starts from the loss of medical technicians in Taizhou Z Health Center.By investigating the job satisfaction of medical technicians and the different factors causing turnover intention or behavior,on the one hand,it analyzes the reasons why the medical technicians in health centers are not satisfied.On the other hand,it is also concerned about the stability of the medical and technical personnel team.The main research methods used in this paper are literature research method,individual interview method,questionnaire survey method and comparative analysis method.The interview results of different groups of people are combined with the survey results,and the individual factors,internal factors and external factors are analyzed.The problem of the loss of health workers and suggestions on the above three aspects,with a view to reducing the loss of medical technicians in primary health institutions.The article is divided into five parts.The textual ideas are:? Introduction,introduction of research background and significance,literature review,research objectives and technical routes,research content and methods,key issues and feasibility analysis.? The relevant concepts and theoretical basis,introduce the relevant concepts and incentive theory involved in the article.? Introduce and analyze the basic situation of Taizhou Z Health Center and the status quo of medical technician management,including the external environment and internal structure of Z Hospital,as well as some important rules for the management of medical technicians.? Data collection and analysis of the study on the loss of medical technicians in the Z hospital,including interviews with medical technicians who lost Z hospitals from 2012 to 2017,and job satisfaction and separation for those who were on the roster of the Z hospital in late 2017.Trended questionnaire design and results analysis.V Suggestions on reducing the loss of medical technicians in primary health institutions in terms of individual factors,internal factors and external factors.
