Objective:To observe the variation of VEGF and BMP-2 as well as patho-change in the steroid-induced avasular necrosis of femoral head under the effect of ultrashort wave,Discussing the control efficiency and mechanism of ultrashort wave on SANFH, to provid the theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods:The experiment use New-Zealand healthy big rabbit for study and research, and adopt horse serum combined with hormone to build a model of steroid-induced avasular necrosis of femoral head .The test is divided in two stages, first stage: to build the model, there are 26 rabbits in the model group, 4 in the normal group. After modeling, the model group is divided into ultrashort wav group and control group randomly. This is the second stage:The ultrashort wav group was gived ultrashort wave after estallishing model,There are two treatment courses,each one is fifteen days and an interval of five days,the first one is non-heating ultrashort waves therapia ,the second one is eupyrexia .therapia, no therapia to the control group. Taking X- ray examination every stage and getting femoral head for specimen fixation,decalcification,patho- exam to confirm the model done well, Employing real time fluorescent quantitation PCR to detect the variation of VEGF,BMP-2.Results:â‘ Horse serum combined with hormone can estallish a model of steroid-induced avasular necrosis of femoral head ,in the modelled group, dot and flake osteoporosis, density inhomogeneity, blurred bone trabecula on the femoral head through X ray,From the pathological section, the empty osteocyte lacunae more, bone marrow cells instead of fat, bone nucleus pyknosis.â‘¡Histopathology observation: the dellen rate of vacuity bone cell of the ultrashort wave group is smaller than the control group (p<0.05); there are much more angiogenesis, lots of osteoblast in the he ultrashort wave group and there are too many fat cells and flake empty osteocyte lacunae in thel.8018.â‘¢Real time fluorescent quantitation PCR: At the end of the first treatment course, the expressions of VEGFmRNA of the ultrashort wave group was 1.8018 times that of the control group , At the end of the second treatment course, the expressions of VEGFmRNA of the ultrashort wave group was 3.8238 times that of the control group, p<0.01, The results have statistical significance; At the end of the first treatment course, the expressions of BMP-2mRNA of the ultrashort wave group was 2.7438 times that of the control group , At the end of the second treatment course, the expressions of VEGFmRNA of the ultrashort wave group was 10.1260 times that of the control group, p<0.01, The results have statistical significance;Conclusion:1,Ultrashort wave can improve avascular necrosis of the femoral head microcirculation, Reverse patho-process of avascular necrosis of the femoral head, 2,Ultrashort wave can increase the expressions of BMP-2 and VEGFmRNA, and improve it's own reactivation ability, thus amendment the proceeding of avascular necrosis of the femoral head.
